Feedback can be collected in with or without scheduling interviews.
If an interview is scheduled, the interviewers automatically receive an email with a link where they can submit their feedback.
If a feedback type interview is configured, there is no need to schedule an interview, you can directly as the hiring team to submit the feedback. This is handy in case of internal reviews of walk-in interviews. See the image below.
Hiring Team can submit the feedback of the interview on the link they have received. These feedback will start showing on the candidate's details page along with the stage and interview to which the feedback has been submitted.
Feedback on behalf of
Recruiters can also add feedback on behalf of the interviewers by clicking on the "Add feedback" link present in front of the name of the interview in the candidate's pipeline view.
This is a pretty common case if the feedback has been communicated verbally, recruiters can choose to add feedback by submitting on interviewers' behalf.
