Before rolling out offer letters to candidates you'll need to setup/configure offer templates.
An offer template is a docx file which contains, your official document header, the terms and condition, offer details and declaration.
In this template, you'll need to include placeholders such as candidate's name, salary, bonus, notice period, etc.
At the time of rolling out the offer, these placeholders will be replaced by the actual values so that you don't need to manually write information for each candidates.
To configure offer, goto settings > Offer letter page
Click on "New Template" and upload your document. Only docx file are accepted as a template at the moment.
Once uploaded will scan the document for placeholders and identify them below the document as shown in the above screen. If a placeholder is misspelled or it's not something we can recognize, we'll highlight them in the list as well, so you can correct them.
