Skillate provides recruiters automatic candidate screening through AI-powered chatbots. These chatbots automate the entire pre-screening process of calling candidates and collecting relevant information required at the initial screening stage for the job.
For example, your organization is hiring for the position of Business Development Associate on an immediate basis. From job requisition to rolling out the offer letter, you wish to close the position as soon as possible. Chatbot Screening assists in capturing candidates’ details like notice period, relocation, relieving letter, etc to see if the candidate passes the minimum criteria before the recruiters invest time on them.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Settings > Chatbot Screening. Click “New Chatbot”, enter the Chatbot name and its Avatar Name. To create the placeholder, click “Create”.
An Avatar name helps make your chatbot more real. The name is used while interacting with the candidates to gain more acceptance by the user.
- Once the chatbot is created, click on the name of the chatbot you have created to configure it further. Here, in the summary tab, click on “Request to deploy”. Request to deploy window will ask for the details required to set up the chatbot. Here you can provide details about the questions you wish to ask the candidates. Once filled, click “Send Request”. You will shortly be contacted by our customer success team to take it ahead.
Note: If a chatbot is ready or pre-configured, you can still change the questions asked by going to the chatbot and clicking “Request to change” under the summary tab.
- Adjacent to the summary section, the Email Configuration tab lets you customize the default emails that the candidate will receive when invited for chatbot screening. You can configure default emails for candidates invited to apply from Talent Pool as well as from the Screen stage.
Note: You can customize the default emails at job level as well.
