Now you can schedule seamless interviews using Google Meet on Skillate and accelerate remote hiring. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to Jobs, select the job you want to schedule the interview for. Go to Candidates > interview > interview stage. Click “Schedule Interview”.
- Select “Schedule Manually”. Fill in the interview invite details (interviewer, date, time, etc) for the hiring manager. In the locations tab, select “Google Meet” and click “Schedule Interview”.
That’s how the Hiring Manager will receive the invite.
Note: Before scheduling the interview, Skillate lets you check the availability of the Hiring manager by viewing their calendar. View Google Calendar.
- Now click “Send interview confirmation”, to schedule interview with the candidate. Fill in the required details. If you want to attach the interview link in the message, use “conference link” placeholder. This is a must step, without placeholder nothing can be achieved. Click “Send Confirmation”.
The candidate will receive a calendar invite to join the interview link.
